Pricing questions

Is the monthly option more expensive overall?

Yes. Three monthly payments of £1,000 + VAT total £3,000 + VAT. Paying in advance is £2,750 + VAT for the same 90-day programme, a difference of £250 + VAT. These are payment choices, not different service tiers.

What might I pay on top of the programme fee?

Only costs that apply to your situation. Extra sessions or build work outside the weekly sessions cost £140 + VAT an hour and are agreed in advance. Foundations work, hosting, website care and AutomagicalCRM are quoted separately. AI usage goes on your own account. AutomagicalCRM pay-as-you-go text, email and AI charges are separate.

Do I have to move my website or CRM?

No. AutomagicalCRM is preferred, not mandatory. WordPress with JW Host is a practical option for many businesses, not a requirement, and maintainable modern code-based websites are supported. We assess your existing tools and your team's ability to maintain them before recommending changes.

How much do custom and Agentic AI Team projects cost?

They are individually scoped, so there is no universal published price. Before work begins, you receive a written scope covering deliverables, assumptions, integrations, testing, handover, support boundaries and any recurring third-party charges.

Who owns what we build?

You keep what is built and the plain-English guides. Accelerate AI is designed without technology lock-in, so you can understand and manage the work after the programme.

What happens after the 90 days?

The programme ends with a closing review and a plan for your next loop. You can continue independently, start another loop, or agree separately scoped website care, support or other work. An ongoing retainer or unlimited support is not bundled into the programme fee.

How much client time should I budget?

Allow 90 to 120 minutes for onboarding, a pre-booked 60-minute working session every week, and time between sessions for the actions and testing you agree. The exact between-session time depends on the work you choose and remains your responsibility.
